All deliveries must be made through the loading dock entrance (hand held USPS, UPS, & FedEx are the only exceptions). No hand trucks are to come through the lobbies. The loading dock is located 900 7th, Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all deliveries to and from the building.
